I purchased this bag from you in October as a Christmas present for my 21 year old daughter, who is a student of Illustration & Design at Sunderland University. She'd seen someone carrying one at the Metro Centre, Newcastle and stopped the girl to ask where she'd bought it (the girl couldn't remember - merely that it was "on the internet").
 
I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic response it gets every time she takes it out with her.  She went to Newcastle for the day last weekend and at least 10 people (male and female) made enthusiastic comments - "Wow, great bag!" and similar...
 
We went down to London for a couple of days in January and I couldn't believe the reaction - people were smiling at the bag, craning their heads on the tube and in the street to get a better look - an American family were almost salivating on the Central Line!
 
It gives her enormous pleasure every time she uses it - and there is definitely a market out there for something so funky, serviceable and utterly different.
